Humanity and Sin #3 – The Constitution of Man: Dualism

This week was the second of the four part section on the What of mankind. Last week we looked at Monism, which is the teaching that the spirit, soul, and body are all essentially the same or that the spirit and soul do not exist without the body. This week we looked at Dualism, which states that man is pluralistic in nature, having both a material and an immaterial nature. It further states that there is an intermediate state of existence to which the immaterial/immortal part(s) of man goes to await the resurrection.
